Exchange and Return Policy

At Hermye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple exchange and return process under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as when they were received, and in the original packaging. Some items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, such as:
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. After the 30-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hermyestore@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning or exchanging the item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error with your order. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
5. Condition of Returned or Exchanged Items
Returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging. Items that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
6. Refunds for Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at hermyestore@gmail.com. If the requested exchange item is available, we will promptly ship the replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
8. Non-Returnable Items

9. Damaged or Defective Items
